Do You Accept Insurance?
Yes. Arizona Medical Mobile Imaging (AMMI) accepts insurance for medically necessary diagnostic ultrasound exams and works with a variety of insurance providers.
For preventive screening services offered through MD Preventative Health Screening LLC, these exams are typically not covered by insurance and are offered on a self-pay basis.

If your insurance does not cover a diagnostic exam—or if you are scheduling a screening—we offer affordable self-pay options to ensure you still have access to high-quality imaging.
How Much Does an Ultrasound Cost?
Diagnostic ultrasound studies typically start at $285 per exam.
Screening packages are available at discounted flat rates, depending on the type of study. Please contact us for a detailed pricing list tailored to your needs.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Flexible payment options may also be available for select services.

For preventive screening services offered through MD Preventative Health Screening LLC, a detailed report is prepared and provided directly to the patient. Reports are delivered via secure email and are also available in a printable format for your records.
